Below Deck Down Under star Jason Chambers, also known as Captain Jason, is one of Bravo’s most eligible bachelors. He joined the network in 2022 and quickly became a fan favorite and many viewers’ TV boyfriend. It’s no mystery why viewers are swooning for the Bravo star. Not only is he dreamy, but he’s also devoted to his work and puts his daughter above all else.

Captain Jason’s romantic life continues to fascinate fans. He’s pretty low-key about his personal life, but he recently shared an update about his dating status. Here’s what we know.

Where does Captain Jason stand in his dating life in April 2025?

Below Deck viewers suspected Captain Jason may be off the market after a fan thought they spotted an engagement ring on his finger in a promo for Season 3 of Below Deck Down Under. But it was a false alarm.

Captain Jason set the record straight in a February 2025 interview with The Daily Dish, telling the outlet he is currently single. However, his DMs may not be open quite yet, sorry ladies. In the interview, he shared that dating isn’t his number one priority at the moment.

“I don’t think the time has ever been right. I needed to give a lot of time to my daughter over the last few years,” he said.

He shared that he wants to make sure he is going into dating with the right intentions, telling The Daily Dish he needs to be in the right headspace.

“The relationships I have had have been long, and they probably shouldn’t have lasted that long,” he said. “I’m starting to realize why I’ve gone into those relationships. I’m probably trying to create something but not be 100 percent myself. So, I have put a pause on dating for quite some time because I haven’t had the time to bring someone else into my daughter’s [life].”

Ok, a man who self-reflects and puts his family first? Yeah, my guess is those comments aren’t going to curb the slew of DMs I’m sure he’s getting.

Captain Jason has his eye on a few Bravolebs

Captain Jason told The Daily Dish that he will start dating again when his life is more stable.

“I think 2025 is the time to get some stability, find out where I’m going to be based, get my career going, and then it’s right to bring someone else in,” he said. “So yeah, 2025 will be the year that I will get these other things done and then, hopefully, I can meet someone and I’m ready.”

The Below Deck Down Under star has expressed interest in a couple of Bravolebs in the past. He gave Vanderpump Rules cast member Lala Kent a shoutout at BravoCon in 2023, telling fans she is the Bravo star he would want as a primary guest on his yacht. The comment caused quite a stir among fans, and romance rumors began to spread. However, Lala shot down the rumors in a December 2023 Amazon Live, telling viewers she is not interested in dating the Captain.

 “I think he’s very very handsome, as many people do,” she said, The Daily Dish reported. “He’s quite a bit older than me. He lives somewhere very very far from me. And timing is everything with a relationship, and I’m just not quite there. I know I’m a weirdo.”

More recently, Captain Jason expressed interest in a few other Bravolebs during an interview with Parade. The interviewer presented him with a number of names from the network, and he shared whether he would date them or not. Brynn Whitfield, Heather Gay, and Ciara Miller were among the names he expressed interest in.

Could Captain Jason swap Below Deck Down Under for a Bravo dating show?

Captain Jason is so popular with the ladies that I would not be surprised if he were offered the leading role in a dating show. Perhaps he could take on a leading role in Bravo’s Love Hotel or even make the jump to ABC and become the next Bachelor. I believe fans would tune in to see Jason navigate the messy waters of a reality dating show. He’s the perfect candidate for it.

Brynn Whitfield has had conflict with Jeff Lewis since 2023. And Jeff doesn’t see a resolution in the near future. It’s a conclusion that he made while watching The Real Housewives of New York reunion, and he explained his point of view during a recent podcast.

An avid Real Housewives watcher himself, Jeff landed himself in hot water with Brynn after asking her RHONY costar, Erin Lichy, what she does for a living. That, in addition to commentary that he has given about the show, and the podcast host is public enemy number one to Brynn.

Where do Jeff Lewis and Brynn Whitfield stand after RHONY feud?

Jeff recently appeared on Bravo’s Hot Mic podcast to discuss the current situation of his rift with Brynn. It’s an interesting time in RHONY history by the way. Producers put out a casting call for Season 16, and cast members are still waiting for confirmation to return to filming.

“Usually, I don’t go after people unless they deserve it,” Jeff told host Alex Baskin. “I don’t attack innocent people.”

Jeff has had beef with other Real Housewives in the past, but he’s always managed to mend fences. In comparison to his rift with Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow, Jeff claimed that Brynn never took accountability for her part in the ongoing commentary between the two feuding Bravolebrities.

“I think if somebody is not accountable, somebody is really kind of close-minded to seeing their role in things, I really can’t work with that. I don’t see a Brynn-Jeff reconciliation ever, especially after watching the reunion,” Jeff said during the podcast.

The reality TV star added, “I don’t see [Brynn] as someone who is responsible.” 

Jeff recalled past feuds with Real Housewives stars

The question of how Brynn made her income and the insinuation of whether she “supplemented” it created drama that leaked onto RHONY. She put Erin on the spot for partaking in the interview, though the real estate professional denied any questionable action on Brynn’s part. As for Jeff, he denied hinting at anything. However, Brynn called him a “pig” for his role in the conversation.

The Flipping Out star expressed surprise that Brynn was so upset about his conversation with Erin. But on the November 12, 2024 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Jeff said that “seeing her on” RHONY made him realize that “she concocts her own narrative and hears what she wants to hear.” Thereby making reconciliation futile.

Contrast this situation with RHOC’s Heather, whom Jeff called his “least favorite housewife” in 2016. Years later, the duo managed to publicly reconcile. Jeff recalled that feud while on Bravo’s Hot Mic podcast.

“I can sit down, and I can acknowledge my role, and hopefully you do that same, and we can meet in the middle and move on,” Jeff explained. “I don’t see us being best friends, but I saw her perspective, she saw mine. And I think we have a mutual respect for each other … Now, I think we’re friendly.”

The Bravolebrity also shared how he made up with Teresa Giudice after saying he preferred her Real Housewives of New Jersey costar, and sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga.

“I really enjoyed them both, and we’re in a good place now,” Jeff said of Teresa and her husband Luis Ruelas.

Brynn Whitfield is going into podcasting. The Real Housewives of New York star is looking for a new platform. Certainly, the latest RHONY season did not end well for Brynn in terms of public opinion. Perhaps this podcast will allow her to be a more organic version of herself.

The RHONY star certainly has charisma for the job. Brynn is quirky, quick, and has quite a sense of humor. It will be entertaining to hear her completely unfiltered. The guest list could be a draw as well. Time will tell.

RHONY’s Brynn Whitfield wants to deliver a unique podcast

The teaser for the show promises an “unedited” version of Brynn, one that RHONY has not seen before. Please See Below will be “way juicier.”

“You may know me from a little show called The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo. You are about to see a whole different side of me. Unedited, by the way, on my new podcast, Please See Below. Spoiler alert: it’s not about passive-aggressive company emails. It’s actually way juicier than that,” Brynn said in the trailer.

The RHONY star will be discussing a variety of issues. And it seems like her ex-fiancé Gideon might be on the guest list.

She continued, “Join me every week as we get down and dirty with my friends, celebrities, experts, even some of our exes. From dating, the highs and lows of reality TV, career, sex, you name it. And honey, we’re not just gonna spill the tea. I am here to smash the entire pot. Believe me, you’re gonna wanna see and hear what’s below. Please See Below, with me, Brynn Whitfield, is premiering soon.”

It will be interesting to see how this podcast is received. Brynn ended RHONY Season 15 with a lot of turmoil. And the whole cast is on the chopping block after Bravo announced a casting call for the series in January. At least Brynn has a day job lined up.

Season 15 of The Real Housewives of New York ended on a dark and disturbing note. Brynn Whitfield accused Ubah Hassan of weaponizing her past trauma. Brynn insisted that Ubah knew about her sexual assault when Ubah said that Brynn possibly slept her way into her RHONY role. However, Brynn later admitted that Ubah possibly didn’t hear the information about her assault. While the finale was divisive, the reunion had moments of hope. However, Sai De Silva still isn’t ready to forgive Brynn.

Sai De Silva claims her son “wouldn’t even know” Brynn Whitfield’s name

Sai recently stated that she and Brynn haven’t been together “outside of the show since 2023.” Plus, after the Season 15 RHONY finale, Sai unfollowed Brynn on Instagram.

Welp, Sai was recently a guest on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, and she discussed her friendship with Brynn. “I was the first one to kind of click with Brynn so quickly, you know, and we met back in 2022 and right before doing this whole journey, her and I got along really well. I would bring her to influencer events and things like that with me and we would FaceTime,” Sai explained. “And we would talk all the time and sometimes the stories just were completely different that I would hear one-on-one from our group chat stories,” she said, “and I think that’s when I started realizing some red flags were up.”

Host Jeff Lewis had a nagging question for Sai. “Something didn’t sit right with me, and I want you to clarify. I’m watching the reunion and Brynn looks at you and she’s like, ‘I miss your kids,’ and I thought to myself, I bet you don’t even know her kids,” he stated. “Is she close to your kids? How many times has she hung out with her kids?”

Well, Sai was honest. “I mean, I stand with Jeff here. You are really good, and you see right through bullsh*t. I think Brynn has probably met my children maybe once or twice,” Sai stated. “I wouldn’t, my son probably wouldn’t even know her name.”

Then Shane Douglas chimed in. “The way she was crying, I thought she was their godmother,” he remarked. “No, she’s met them maybe … she’s come to my house maybe two, possibly three times, tops. And then she’s met my children maybe one or two times, tops,” Sai explained.

I’m not sure who is returning for Season 16 of RHONY, but hopefully, we will get a lighter, more fun, and more authentic season.

On February 5, Real Housewives of New York star Sai De Silva hosted an Ask Away session on her Instagram Story.

During the session, she updated followers on several subjects. Among others, Sai clarified where she currently stands with Brynn Whitfield. Brynn seemed to think her Season 15 job was stirring the pot. In the process, she seemed to alienate many of her costars.

Where does Sai currently stand with Brynn?

Brynn’s behavior throughout RHONY Season 15 was questionable. She seemed to be playing for the cameras and saying things that weren’t true just to get attention. If she were an actor, Brynn would be accused of “chewing the scenery.” The fallout at the Season 15 Reunion was huge, leaving some fans wondering whether Brynn still has any friends.

“Are you [and] Brynn friends??” a fan asked Sai in her Ask Away session.

Sai responded, “We haven’t seen one another outside the show since 2023.”

When another follower asked, “Where do you and Brynn stand?” the content creator answered rather cryptically. “I can only speak for myself, but I’m standing on business,” she said.

Sai also clarified why she apologized to Brynn at the reunion. Brynn was upset because she felt like Ubah Hassan had attacked her in the Season 15 Finale.

“I was showing compassion and apologizing for the [sexual assault] trauma she experienced,” Sai explained. “I truly hope she focuses on her mental well-being.”

Sai is “good” with Erin and “can’t wait for our baby”

Someone else asked about a rumor that Sai had moved out of New York and was no longer living in the Big Apple. “Fake news. I live in Brooklyn, and I also have a home upstate,” she wrote.

As far as her other costars go, Sai said that she and Jessel Taank are “good” and they “went out last night.” But Ubah is the one she sees the most off-camera.

“Are you and Erin good? That was sweet of you to apologize and call it out!” wrote another fan.

“Yup! I can’t wait for our baby,” Sai answered, reminding fans that costar Erin Lichy is expecting her fourth child with her husband Abe.

Finally, a fan challenged Sai to share her “thoughts on Rebecca [Minkoff] leaving RHONY. To sweeten the deal, the poster made a bet with Sai: “$100 you won’t answer this.”

“I think she should do what she feels is best for her,” Sai responded, adding, “Do you need my Venmo to send me the funds??”

The Real Housewives of New York’s season finale was shocking, to say the least. The much-anticipated fight between Brynn Whitfield and Ubah Hassan finally came to a head, and it wasn’t over a Dress Barn insult. Their rift cut deep and left the cast and viewers feeling uncomfortable. Footage showed Brynn opening up about her sexual assault and implying that Ubah had known all about it. The socialite shared she had called Ubah up and poured her heart out about the incident. But later in the conversation, Brynn admitted to the cast that the model might not have “clocked it.” This admission left the entire cast questioning the validity of Brynn’s character. Everyone deserves a second chance, but Brynn has a lot of work to do if she plans to redeem herself. 

Brynn Whitfield needs to mean the words ‘I’m sorry’

Brynn has indeed done no favors for herself. But perhaps the trait that upsets the rest of the Real Housewives of New York cast the most is that Brynn only attempts to apologize for her wrongdoings when she is caught. Fans saw this happen the day after the fight in Puerto Rico. Instead of apologizing to the group, Brynn tip-toed out of the villa, evading any form of accountability for the chaos she was in charge of creating. Frankly, it wasn’t a good look. For two seasons, Brynn embellished stories and stirred the pot. 

Earlier in the season, Brynn sat with Ubah and had a conversation about the model coming across as the “angry black woman.” The backlash was swift, and Brynn was forced to release a statement. Her apology read, “I am deeply sorry if I overstepped that night in the Hamptons. I am beyond sorry, as this was never my intention.” However, As soon as you write “if” after the words “I’m sorry,” the apology is dead in the water. The first thing Brynn really needs to learn that will help her redeem herself is how to apologize sincerely. No ifs, ands, or buts. Just small, clear words expressing how she is sorry for the upset she has caused. 

Brynn Whitfield has to stop plotting

The season finale and part one of the Real Housewives of New York reunion showed that Brynn, at times, could be a scary woman. After the night from hell, she sat on the couch chatting with producers as if nothing had ever happened. Sai De Silva might have said it best when she quipped, “You behaved the way you really behaved. And this season, it showed that it reflected who you really were.” Whatever Brynn does next, she really has to stop taking the women’s words and distorting them. A perfect example of this was how she manipulated an innocent girls’ chat about the craziest hookup and turned it into Jessel Taank not having married the love of her life.

 During the reunion, Brynn was able to see firsthand the damage her PR spin had caused the mother of two. As Jessel sat crying on the couch, it was obvious that Brynn was only just realizing the impact she had caused this family. Whether Brynn truly believes she is better than the rest of the cast is unclear. But if she wants a redemption arc, she is going to need to start living by the truth or risk never being trusted again.  

Brynn Whitfield might need to take a step back

Choosing to take time and some space away isn’t admitting defeat. In fact, I would argue that it could be a game-changer for a Real Housewives star who is in too deep and needs to reset. If Brynn takes a season off, there is every chance she could come back with politically correct filters or a better awareness of how she hurt those closest to her. We’ve seen this move before. Tamra Judge of the Real Housewives of Orange County, decided to baptize herself. And Lala Kent and Gina Kirschenheiter chose to live a sober lifestyle after years of destructive decisions. 

Brynn’s sexy baby schtick isn’t working for her anymore. For a possible redemption, it would be nice to see who Brynn is at her core. Real Housewives of New York viewers know she is smart, witty, and charming. She doesn’t need to play anything up. I’d argue that the idea of fame could have overtaken her, and she just lost control. I know not everyone will be as forgiving, but Brynn has also suffered. We know she has not had the easiest, trauma-free life. So, I am going to send B some positive vibes in hopes she can make a comeback.

Season 15 of The Real Housewives of New York ended in a dark and upsetting place. The cast trip to Puerto Rico was rife with drama. However, the final night of the trip saw the simmering tension between Brynn Whitfield and Ubah Hassan explode. And with it, their friendship.  

Right now, the cast is divided, and a bit shell-shocked by the feud between Ubah and Brynn. Plus, lower ratings for this season have also been a concern for Bravo. Heading into Season 16, it looks like RHONY may be getting some new cast members. @shedcasting created an Instagram post, announcing that they were looking for newbies for RHONY.

Of course, these newbies could be in addition to the current cast or take the apples of some of the Season 15 cast members. Still, that begs the question, after such a dark ending to the season, what will Season 16 look like? Most importantly, which RHONY cast members could get the chop? Here are our predictions – and please note, with the exception of Rebecca Minkoff’s future, none of these have been confirmed!

RHONY’s Brynn Whitfield – Not returning

Brynn ended up in hot water with almost all of her co-stars. She gossiped about Jessel Taank with Sai De Silva, claiming that Jessel’s hubby, Pavit Randhawa, wasn’t “the love of her life.”

During the Puerto Rico trip, Brynn was upset that Ubah alleged that she might have slept with someone to score her job on RHONY. Then, Brynn revealed that she was a sexual assault victim and that Ubah knew about her rape.

After some of the cast confronted Ubah, she had a visceral reaction and immediately denied knowing anything about Brynn’s assault. Most of the cast became extremely emotional and were initially on Brynn’s side.

However, when Brynn later mentioned that Ubah might not have “clocked” the information about the assault, the tides turned. Of course, the ladies believe that Brynn was assaulted. They just don’t believe that Ubah knew anything about it. Given all the backlash that Brynn has faced, and that she was at the center of much of the drama this season, it makes sense that she may want to take a breath.

RHONY star Sai De Silva – Returning

Sai, once again, did not have much of a storyline. Since she and her husband, David Craig, own a home in upstate New York, there were questions about Sai leaving Brooklyn behind. But she is a city girl at heart, so the country house is used during weekends and the summer.

Instead, this season was about Sai’s healing journey. Finally, Sai was ready to lay her mother to rest. She lovingly planted a tree with her mother’s ashes. This scene of the family bonding was incredibly poignant. It showed a vulnerable and sentimental side of Sai that viewers aren’t used to seeing. 

Plus, Sai worked on herself, trying to become less hangry and more Zen after exhibiting her temper last season. After she likened Jessel’s husband to a fish in an animated film, Sai did not apologize. She felt that Pavit owed her an apology for calling her a “bitch” during Season 14. Anyway, Sai needs to bring a storyline if she returns next season. I think it is likely that she will.

RHONY’s Ubah Hassan – Not returning

Ubah also had a tough season. She desperately wants a baby with her boyfriend, Oliver Dachsel. Unfortunately, doctors discovered a fibroid in her uterus, which could greatly affect her ability to become pregnant. During the season, Ubah investigated her options.

Plus, Ubah and Brynn feuded all season, with the Season 15 finale showing what appears to be the end of their friendship. Ubah insisted that Brynn never told her about her sexual assault. Understandably, Ubah was horrified that Brynn stated on camera that she knew about her rape.

However, Ubah’s remark that Brynn allegedly could have slept with someone to land her role on the show wasn’t fair, either. Overall, I’m not sure where Brynn and Ubah go from here. Could they both exist in the same cast?

As of right now, Ubah is living with her boyfriend in Connecticut. So, maybe being part of RHONY is no longer a good fit for the model.

RHONY star Jessel Taank – Returning

Jessel was a fan favorite during Season 14 of RHONY. This season, she is all about expanding her family with Pavit and using one of their frozen embryos. The only problem? Pavit. While Jessel believes that they may have a future Beyonce in the making, he isn’t buying in. While he is happy with just their twin boys, Jessel desperately wants a little girl. She even convinced her food influencer hubby to attend couple’s therapy to hash out their differences.

However, Brynn’s remarks that Pavit wasn’t the love of Jessel’s life deeply hurt her. Jessel told Brynn that her ex-boyfriend gave her the “wildest sex,” not that he was her soul mate. Jessel revealed during the Season 15 reunion that Brynn also hurt her husband, who is now second-guessing his wife’s true feelings for him. “It was gut-wrenching. I was destroyed,” Jessel told Brynn.

I’m not clueless when I say that Jessel is destined to return for Season 16 of RHONY. While her friendship with Brynn may never recover, Jessel will no doubt throw another cool, themed party for the cast.

RHONY newbie Racquel Chevremont – Returning

Racquel Chevremont is Season 15’s newbie housewife. She has an incredibly interesting life. Not only is she a model, but she is a well-known art collector and curator. She is also friends with last season’s RHONY stand-out, Jenna F*cking Lyons.

Racquel is engaged to her fiancé, Mel, who is a neuropsychologist. Thankfully, we got to know a bit about Mel as she filmed with Racquel during the season.

We also learned that Racquel’s mom seemed to withdraw from her when she explained that she was engaged to Mel. Her mother stopped visiting, and Racquel’s two children missed her. After all, the purpose of the trip to Puerto Rico was so that Racquel could reunite with her mom. It was a wonderful reunion, and hopefully, they can keep the relationship moving in a positive direction.

While I hoped that Racquel would continue to hold her apple, the darkness of Brynn and Ubah’s argument weighed heavily on her. I’m not sure that she realized all the messiness that is involved in a reality TV show. Still, I’ve got my fingers crossed that this fashionista will be wowing us with her ensembles next season.

RHONY’s Erin Lichy – Returning

Well, Erin Lichy fell victim to her love of practical jokes. However, when Erin pranked her husband, Abe Lichy, with a steamy phone call, Ubah melted down. Plus, Erin’s pregnancy prank with newbie friend of the housewives Rebecca Minkoff fell flat. And, finally, showing off a photo of her husband’s d*ck to Jenna and Brynn impressed them, but shocked the other ladies.

However, it wasn’t all fun and games for Erin. She spoke out about having an abortion in college, and her bravery touched the other women. In addition, Erin navigated marital issues with Abe because he sold their Bitcoin without telling her. Ouch!

The most emotional moments dealt with Erin handling her mother and father’s cancer diagnosis. Erin and her father, Eliahu Yitzhari, filmed a scene where she finally confessed that she had an abortion, and he supported her. Sadly, her father passed away, leaving Erin heartbroken. But before his death, Erin was able to share the wonderful news that she and Abe were expecting their fourth child. I will be shocked if we don’t see Erin happily holding an apple next season.

RHONY icon Jenna Lyons – Not returning

Jenna made a splash during Season 14 and was the MVP of the show. She dealt with insecurities because of her genetic condition, incontinentia pigmenti. I appreciated how vulnerable she was, and also how witty.

There were concerns that Jenna was a one-and-done housewife but having her friend Racquel onboard convinced her to return. During Season 15, Jenna mended her relationship with Erin and prepared for her son to leave for college.

She also featured her fiancé, Cass Bird’s mom, on the show. However, Jenna made it clear that Cass would not be appearing. Naturally, some of the cast felt it was unfair that Jenna doesn’t have to show such a big part of her life, while they have to be transparent. Still, Jenna’s personality and humor add a great deal to the series. If all else fails, she will break the tension by discussing the state of her pubic hair situation.

Anyway, I feel like Jenna’s disappointment at Brynn spinning information may have been too much. In addition, the fact that she won’t show Cass when fans and her co-stars wish that she would, may have Jenna giving a hard pass to next season.

RHONY alum Rebecca Minkoff – Not returning

Rebecca was a newbie friend of the housewives this season. She suggested to Erin that they prank the other cast members by telling them that Rebecca was pregnant – just not with her husband’s baby. Yikes! That went terribly awry.

And when Brynn and Jessel asked Rebecca about Scientology, she quickly and politely shut them down. Overall, Rebecca didn’t bring much to RHONY. In fact, Sai called her “boring.”

If viewers had seen more of her life at home, I think that would have helped us understand more of who she is as a person. I feel like I know facts about her, but not the real Rebecca.

It seems like Rebecca’s experience didn’t feature many high points that would make a Season 16 return enticing. Additionally, she recently announced her departure from the show.

The Real Housewives of New York Season 15 reunion was intense. Very serious topics were addressed and tears were shed. The cast was still struggling with what to make of Brynn Whitfield’s statements regarding Ubah Hassan’s knowledge, or lack thereof, of her past trauma during the finale episode in Puerto Rico.

But just when it seemed that the professional model wanted “nothing to do” with Brynn, Ubah stunned viewers and her costars by walking over to Brynn and giving her a long embrace. Could the two feuding friends come back from conflict?

The RHONY cast was shocked when Ubah Hassan went over to Brynn Whitfield

“I’m really sorry,” Ubah said to the marketing and communications consultant.

“I would never blame you for something,” Brynn responded, continuing to hug her friend.

Ubah said, “I know, Brynn, I’m sorry.” And then, “You smell really good.” 

It was a surprise conclusion to the reunion. Prior to that moment, Brynn’s cast mates were pushing for her to take responsibility for what was said in Puerto Rico. Sai De Silva and Jessel Taank especially had grievances with Brynn, with the duo agreeing that Brynn often embellished the truth. Often to the detriment of others.

Andy Cohen felt reconciliation was impossible

Prior to the hug, Ubah became emotional and told Brynn she did “forgive” her, but didn’t see a path forward for them.

“I’m not mad at you, but we will never go back to what we were. Ever,” Ubah stated. “I want nothing to do with you and I’m so hurt because my relationship with you was not over. I loved you and I wanted your friendship, but we’re done. And I want to go back to when I didn’t know who the f*ck you were, that’s where we’re going back.” 

Host Andy Cohen sensed the finality of it all. He told Ubah and Brynn, “I feel like you’re not going to get anywhere.”

Brynn was then given the floor to share any final thoughts. She believed that “no one really comforted me” after that fight and that the whole cast turned against her. Jenna Lyons and Erin Lichy both refuted the claims, pointing out that they did reach out.

Brynn also denied having a “master plan to ruin people’s lives.”

“I love Ubah more than probably anyone here, so I think that’s why it hurts the most and it just f*cking hurt to hear it when she got mad, but I know she only says those things, I know she didn’t mean them, you know?” she continued.

Can the RHONY cast move forward for the sake of the show?

It was in that vulnerable moment that Brynn got through to Ubah, who was crying through it all. “Ubah loves me,” Brynn said.

“That was very nice of Ubah,” Sai said, in reaction to the hug.

Erin added, “Yeah, I’m shocked.”

With Ubah leading the way towards forgiveness, Jenna offered her costar some supporting words. Most importantly, it seemed like Jenna wanted Brynn to feel cared for.

“Brynn, I know this was incredibly hard for you and I just don’t want you to think that we don’t love you,” she said. “All we talk about is that we’re worried about you because we know what you’re going through, it doesn’t mean that we’re not mad or frustrated by some of the things that you’ve done, but the two things can exist at the same time.” 

In the last moments on stage, even Sai was moved to hug Brynn. It seems that the ladies are open to moving forward and working on their relationship. The influencer suggested that they “gotta work on some things.”

“I’m sorry that everything happened to you,” Sai expressed.

The Season 15 Real Housewives of New York reunion will be one for the record books. The season may have been a bit of a snore but the finale was jaw-dropping. I’m sure the ladies will have plenty to discuss when they reunite on the reunion stage …

We can’t wait to see how the drama unfolds, but in the meantime, let’s reminisce about previous RHONY reunions. While each reunion was memorable in its own right, there are a few that stand out from the pack.

Real Housewives of New York Season 1 reunion

The one that started it all. The RHONY Season 1 reunion set the tone for the series and included many memorable moments. Jill Zarin wore her iconic “Team Jill” shirt and Ramona Singer stormed off stage at the mention of Alex McCord’s nudes. There was even a segment where Simon McCord addressed viewer speculation that he is gay. The House Husband reassured fans that he is attracted to his wife despite his love for fashion and speedos. It was a simpler time. The Season 1 reunion wasn’t as dramatic as some of the reunions that followed it, but it will always have a special place in my heart.

Real Housewives of New York Season 3 reunion

Season 3 of RHONY was iconic, so naturally, the reunion was full of drama. The episode arrived on the heels of the legendary girls’ trip to the Virgin Islands, also known as the “Scary Island” trip. The reunion was going (somewhat) smoothly until Andy Cohen brought up the trip, which upset Kelly Bensimon. She got defensive and accused the women of “attacking her” on the trip. Her nemesis, Bethenny Frankel, dismissed the claim, stating that Kelly suffered from “psychological and emotional problems.” Bethenny’s diagnosis was the final straw for Kelly. She stormed off the stage, eager to get away from her RHONY co-stars.

Real Housewives of New York Season 6 reunion

I love the Season 6 reunion. The cast was so deeply unserious that it made for a hilarious reunion full of memorable quotes. The three-part special covered a variety of topics, including Aviva Drescher throwing her prosthetic leg, the women’s love for NYC playboy Harry Dubin, and Ramona throwing a wine glass at Kristen Taekman in Montana.

My absolute favorite part of the reunion was when it was revealed that Sonja Morgan had a homeless girl in Ireland tweeting for her. What? Even Andy was confused.

Real Housewives of New York Season 10 reunion

I have complicated feelings about the RHONY Season 10 reunion. It is without a doubt one of the strongest reunions the series has released, but it’s also kinda sad. The three-part special mostly focused on Bethenny and Carole Radziwill’s fractured friendship and it was upsetting to watch the former friends take digs at each other. The two fought over a number of petty issues, including subjective text messages and a man they met at a speed dating event. It was a bummer to watch two smart, independent women fight over some dude.

Real Housewives of New York Season 14 reunion

The new cast of RHONY DELIVERED at the Season 14 reunion. Not only were the outfits phenomenal but the women brought the drama. Ubah Hassan came into the reunion with a vengeance and began hurling out accusations left and right. At one point, she revealed (out of nowhere) that the women didn’t want Jenna Lyons on the show.

I had my reservations about the new cast but my worries were put to rest when I saw how brilliantly they handled their first reunion. I was thoroughly entertained the whole time. Bravo!

Part II of the Real Housewives of New York Season 15 reunion has arrived. Part I ended with Jessel confronting Brynn for making an unsavory comment about her marriage. Brynn said on camera that Jessel referred to another man as the “love of her life” in an off-camera conversation. At the reunion, Jessel slammed her co-star for spreading false information, clarifying that her husband Pavit is her great love.

What happened on Real Housewives of New York Season 15, Episode 17: The Reunion, Part II?

Part II of the RHONY Season 15 reunion was explosive. Brynn’s apology tour continued and Rebecca made her reunion debut. The drama-filled episode ended with Brynn and Ubah discussing the Season 15 finale, which ended with many tears and a lot of yelling. Somehow, the women were able to come to a resolution. Keep reading for the full rundown.

Brynn apologizes to Jessel on Real Housewives of New York reunion Part II

Part II began right where we left off with Brynn apologizing for making an untrue statement about Jessel. Brynn admits she twisted the story and confirms that Jessel never referred to another man as the love of her life. Yikes. That is not a good look for Bynn. Jenna jumps in to condemn Brynn for spreading a lie about their friend. It seems that everyone on the couch is Team Jessel on this one (I am too, BTW).

Brynn clarifies her “angry Black woman” comment

Brynn’s time in the hot seat is not over after the Jessel talk concludes. Andy then moves on to another controversial comment she made this season. During the Hamptons trip, Brynn warned Ubah to watch her behavior, so she doesn’t come off looking like an “angry Black woman.” While I don’t doubt Brynn had good intentions, the comment came off as condescending and felt like an attempt to silence Ubah. All this to say, viewers were not impressed with Brynn’s “advice.”

At the reunion, Brynn apologized for “offending Ubah.” She claimed that Ubah said in an off-camera conversation that producers would give Brynn a “fair” edit because she’s white-passing. She added that Ubah said Erin got the “fair treatment” because she’s white. Ubah and Erin denied this conversation ever happened. These off-camera conversations will be the death of me. Producers, we need eyes on these ladies at all times!

Andy asks Brynn why she insinuates that Oliver may not want to marry Ubah if she acts a certain way. She tries to clarify her statement, saying that she doesn’t want Ubah to “f*ck up” her life because of something that happens on the show. Ubah took the opportunity to gush about her boo, saying he knows who she is and he lets her be herself.

“I wake up [at] 11 in the morning and he brings me tea in my bed,” she shared.

Aw! I’m happy for Ubah. She deserves to be treated like a princess. The conversation ends on a lighter note with Ubah saying she doesn’t feel weighed down by racial stereotypes because she’s “so hot.” LOL. I love her! She says she gets everything for free and men hold her bags. I believe it. After all, she is a gorgeous, six-foot model.

Erin calls Rebecca a “self-involved human” on the Real Housewives of New York reunion

After Ubah is done boasting about being gorge, “friend of” Rebecca joins the stage. She greets Brynn by asking, “When are we going to the Rack, Sis?” A reference to Brynn’s many shady Nordstrom Rack comments made this season. I have to admit, Rebecca is funny for that.

I expected Rebecca’s reunion segment would be about her season-long feud with Brynn, but it’s more about her falling out with Erin. At the reunion, Erin says Rebecca was not supportive after her father’s passing, telling Andy she was more focused on show-related issues than being a good friend.

“Not once did you check in on me,” she told Rebecca. “You are the most self-involved human I have ever met.”

Am I a bad person for not believing this feud is real? I have trust issues from the pregnancy prank. Rebecca then talks about her Scientology situation.

She blinded me with Scientology

The group then grills Rebecca about her connection to Scientology. Rebecca says she feels as though the show handled the topic in a “disrespectful way.” The women criticize Rebecca for refusing to talk about it on the show but willingly discuss it with Racquel and Jessel in an off-camera conversation.

Rebecca says she’s “tired of the attacks” about her religion. She says she’ll talk about it if she feels it is a safe environment.

She ends her segment by apologizing for the pregnancy prank, saying it was insensitive to those struggling with infertility.

Brynn answers questions about the RHONY Season 15 finale

After Rebecca exits, Andy moves on to the infamous Puerto Rico trip. Andy brings up Ubah’s comments about Racquel’s childhood beach. Ubah is struggling to understand why Racquel is so offended. Sai explains that as a Puerto Rican, she doesn’t want people to be discouraged from traveling there because of Ubah’s comments. Sai’s explanation appears to get through to Ubah, and she apologizes.

The final topic discussed at the reunion is the season finale fight between Ubah and Brynn. The conversation begins with Ubah apologizing for suggesting Brynn “sucked a d*ck” to get a job. Andy asks Brynn about the accusation she made against Ubah.

Brynn says she called Ubah before BravoCon because she was struggling with a family issue. She said she “word vomited” to her friend about the many things she was dealing with and one of them was the sexual assault. After seeing Ubah’s reaction, she wondered if her friend hadn’t registered what she said. She criticized her co-stars for making it seem like she knew definitively that Ubah didn’t know about the assault.

Ubah says Brynn never told her and gets emotional recalling the events of the night. The other women on the couch tell Brynn she needs to be more thoughtful with her words. After a lot of yelling, Ubah says she forgives Brynn but their friendship will never be the same. Damn. This sh*t is sad.

Brynn and Ubah hug it out on the RHONY reunion Part II

Thankfully, the reunion doesn’t end there. Brynn tearfully apologizes to Ubah, saying she loves her more than anyone on that couch. Ubah is touched by Brynn’s words. She gets up from her seat to go hug Brynn. Ubah then encourages Brynn to apologize to the women, reminding her that they love her.

The reunion ends with a moment of resolution between Ubah and Brynn. Ubah says it is going to take her a while to move on but says she loves Brynn and wishes her well. Wow. I thought these two would never be able to repair their relationship. Now I have hope for next season!
