Below Deck Down Under star Jason Chambers, also known as Captain Jason, is one of Bravo’s most eligible bachelors. He joined the network in 2022 and quickly became a fan favorite and many viewers’ TV boyfriend. It’s no mystery why viewers are swooning for the Bravo star. Not only is he dreamy, but he’s also devoted to his work and puts his daughter above all else.

Captain Jason’s romantic life continues to fascinate fans. He’s pretty low-key about his personal life, but he recently shared an update about his dating status. Here’s what we know.

Where does Captain Jason stand in his dating life in April 2025?

Below Deck viewers suspected Captain Jason may be off the market after a fan thought they spotted an engagement ring on his finger in a promo for Season 3 of Below Deck Down Under. But it was a false alarm.

Captain Jason set the record straight in a February 2025 interview with The Daily Dish, telling the outlet he is currently single. However, his DMs may not be open quite yet, sorry ladies. In the interview, he shared that dating isn’t his number one priority at the moment.

“I don’t think the time has ever been right. I needed to give a lot of time to my daughter over the last few years,” he said.

He shared that he wants to make sure he is going into dating with the right intentions, telling The Daily Dish he needs to be in the right headspace.

“The relationships I have had have been long, and they probably shouldn’t have lasted that long,” he said. “I’m starting to realize why I’ve gone into those relationships. I’m probably trying to create something but not be 100 percent myself. So, I have put a pause on dating for quite some time because I haven’t had the time to bring someone else into my daughter’s [life].”

Ok, a man who self-reflects and puts his family first? Yeah, my guess is those comments aren’t going to curb the slew of DMs I’m sure he’s getting.

Captain Jason has his eye on a few Bravolebs

Captain Jason told The Daily Dish that he will start dating again when his life is more stable.

“I think 2025 is the time to get some stability, find out where I’m going to be based, get my career going, and then it’s right to bring someone else in,” he said. “So yeah, 2025 will be the year that I will get these other things done and then, hopefully, I can meet someone and I’m ready.”

The Below Deck Down Under star has expressed interest in a couple of Bravolebs in the past. He gave Vanderpump Rules cast member Lala Kent a shoutout at BravoCon in 2023, telling fans she is the Bravo star he would want as a primary guest on his yacht. The comment caused quite a stir among fans, and romance rumors began to spread. However, Lala shot down the rumors in a December 2023 Amazon Live, telling viewers she is not interested in dating the Captain.

 “I think he’s very very handsome, as many people do,” she said, The Daily Dish reported. “He’s quite a bit older than me. He lives somewhere very very far from me. And timing is everything with a relationship, and I’m just not quite there. I know I’m a weirdo.”

More recently, Captain Jason expressed interest in a few other Bravolebs during an interview with Parade. The interviewer presented him with a number of names from the network, and he shared whether he would date them or not. Brynn Whitfield, Heather Gay, and Ciara Miller were among the names he expressed interest in.

Captain Jason is so popular with the ladies that I would not be surprised if he were offered the leading role in a dating show. Perhaps he could take on a leading role in Bravo’s Love Hotel or even make the jump to ABC and become the next Bachelor. I believe fans would tune in to see Jason navigate the messy waters of a reality dating show. He’s the perfect candidate for it.

This disastrous Summer House Season 9 romance has turned into a messy love triangle. One of the biggest dramas this season has been with Lexi Wood and Jesse Solomon. While Lexi quickly declared that she only had eyes for him, Jesse was still holding out hope for his other Summer House crush, Ciara Miller.

Inside the house, he continued to make flirtatious passes at her, and for the most part, Ciara has been sending them right back. Because of their on-screen banter, the fandom is insisting that the two co-stars get together. Even Kyle Cooke is on board. That being said, though, Lexi still has some reservations about her ex and close friend potentially dating. 

Lexi Wood calls Ciara Miller and Jesse Solomon “sketchy”

Lexi recently addressed the undeniable connection between Jesse and Ciara. And, needless to say, she’s not happy with either one of them.

“I’m never gonna be the type of person who blames a girl, I think that there are some things that were obviously sketchy just because we’re all supposed to be friends, and I wouldn’t try to flirt with the person my friend is dating,” she told The Daily Dish.

“But, that being said, I always feel like, obviously, Jesse is the number one culprit in all of this. So, my attention is definitely gonna be less on Ciara and more on Jesse.”

She is singing a completely different song than before. Two months ago, when the episodes of Jesse and Ciara getting more comfortable with each other were rolling out, Lexi made it clear that she had some resentment for Ciara. 

The Summer House newcomer posted a photo of the cast enjoying themselves by the pool, and just so happened to completely crop Ciara out of the picture.

As for now, Ciara, Jesse, and Lexi are all living the single life.

Paige elaborated on how she really felt dealing with that betrayal. “Honestly, I don’t know if it was platonic or anything more, but there were multiple times in our relationship where I gave him so much grace,” Paige said. Yikes.

She admitted that she should’ve broken up with him “a year and a half ago” after a particular incident where she saw Craig “texting hearts to a girl.” “But again, I loved him and I wanted to marry him,” she added.

Then, Ciara backed up her bestie, saying that Paige did Craig a lot of “favors” when it came to protecting his public image. “She saved a lot of face in the beginning,” Ciara said. Even Amanda Batula said several Summer House stars, including herself, have protected Craig. “And now all bets are off,” Ciara concluded. Maybe Craig should hunker down in his pillow kingdom to avoid the wrath of this trio.

Welcome to the recap for Summer House Season 9, Episode 10. Last week, Lexi forgave Jesse for #toegate and decided to take her frustration out on Imrul instead. The group then got dinner and a show when Lindsay accused Carl of DMing Lil while they were still together. But Carl ended with a bow when he had the receipts to prove otherwise. Lastly, Paige was still uncertain about her future with Craig. Would she decide to end it once and for all? Here’s exactly what went down in Summer House Season 9, Episode 10: “Flirting with Disaster.”

What happened in Summer House Season 9, Episode 10?

Imrul finally pushed it too far with his late-night rendezvous and got chewed out by Paige and Ciara. He apologized, but would he be able to behave moving forward? Meanwhile, Jesse and Lexi got into a fight over her flirting with West. However, according to Lexi, it was all in Jesse’s imagination. And it also might have been in Jesse’s imagination when he thought Ciara was flirting with him. He told her not to do it, or he was going to get in trouble. Ciara was shook. Would their friendship ever be the same?

Jesse turned the tables on Lexi

Not even Kyle acting like Diplo could distract Paige from the stress she was going through. She said, “I feel guilty that I’m not more happy … I’ve literally manifested the apartment I live in; manifested having a boyfriend who is obsessed with me; I love my career. So, then why am I the most anxious I’ve ever been in my entire life when I have everything I want?” 

After Kyle’s DJ gig, the group all went out. Including Lindsay, who wanted to “whoop it up at the club for twenty minutes and then go home.” She said, “Here I am with my ex, at a club pregnant, celebrating my 38^th birthday. You can’t write that sh*t.” Lindsay, as always, was doing things her way. 

In unsurprising news, Lexi and Jesse got into another fight. Yawn. According to Jesse, Lexi and West were all over each other at the club. Which is surprising, as West’s body language was pretty clear he couldn’t stand her. Jesse told Lexi, “How you were with West tonight was worse than how I was the weekend you were away.” The deflection was real.

Lexi said in her confessional, ”You got your toe sucked by a stranger, and apparently you’re saying that you would have dated our friend that we live with. I was not flirting with West … The hypocrisy and jealousy that’s going on right now is mind-blowing.” But instead of spitting those facts at Jesse, she cuddled with him in bed and said she loved him. Sigh. 

Imrul continued to let his freak flag fly by having yet another girl spend the night. But it was one time too many, as his entanglement interrupted Paige’s sleep. And she was pissed.

Carl was vibing with Ciara

The next morning Jesse spun his narrative on why Lexi was a worse flirt than him. He said, “Last night, West was, like, massaging Lexi’s shoulders and, like, dancing and touching her … I think Lexi thinks it’s not apples to apples because she didn’t see how she was being flirty with West. Which is kind of funny because that’s how I felt when she accused me.” 

However, Jesse and Lexi’s drama wasn’t on everyone’s top of mind. It was Imrul’s sexy shenanigans. Paige complained to Ciara, Amanda, and Lexi about having to listen to 45 minutes of fake moaning. Imrul had crossed a line. Then, right on cue, Imrul sauntered in. Paige quipped, “You need an STD check.”

While everyone waited for Amanda to finish making Lindsay’s birthday brunch, Carl went outside to talk with Ciara. He spilled the tea that Lindsay checked in on him because of his brother’s passing. At least there was still some goodwill between them. But Carl’s mind was wandering to a what-if scenario with Ciara. 

He said, “I want to go back to being good friends with Ciara. The first summer I met her, back in 2020, we had a really good bond, and she was incredibly supportive when my brother passed away. It’s like there’s an emotional intelligence that I appreciate. It’s something I’m absolutely looking for, and I want in my next partnership.” And she’s definitely not into magic.

Ciara announced to Carl she was over Imrul’s lack of respect and rotating door of ladies. Imrul then unknowingly jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire when he left Paige to go and sit down next to Ciara. Like Paige, she had had enough.

Imrul decided to put a pause on his playboy ways

Imrul shared that he had a fun night last night. Ciara responded, “Yeah, we heard you.” Oop. It suddenly felt like he was on trial. Ciara said, “Dude, do you bring home girls like this in your own home? It feels obnoxious at this point.” 

But Imrul didn’t want to make any waves. He shared, “I’m not going to keep doing it if it’s bothering everybody. From the ages of six to twenty-three, I was undocumented … A big part of what I’m doing right now is just living a bit more freely than I did before … I want that to be part of who I am because that’s what I’m doing. I just don’t want that to be everything that I am.” 

Meanwhile, the lack of sleep did not help Paige’s mindset. She was still pretty anxious. Paige told Ciara, “I always feel like I’m doing the wrong thing. Or, like, I get nervous that me and Craig are going to break up … that everything I have will go away.”

On a lighter note, it was finally time for Lindsay’s birthday brunch. A producer asked if she thought this was where she would be at 38. Lindsay cackled, “I think that timeline ended at like 36.” She joked that they kept flashing back to her life plan that she had written and she was never going to hear the end of it. And life definitely never goes as planned. 

Lexi spilled the tea to producers that Jesse has said he loved her for “a long time,” and he first said it on day 11. And what are they on now, day 12? The catch was he said it when no one was around. Red flags kept getting thrown at Lexi, and she continued to ignore them. 

Ciara and Jesse’s friendship was on the rocks

Jesse met up with the group at the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge to serve dinner to those who were receiving cancer treatment. He shared about his cancer experience, “It’s one of the best things that ever happened to me in a weird way. It’s just hard to see it like that now. But life is so much sweeter on the other side.”

After dinner, Ciara was joking around with Carl and Jesse. Carl shared the news he “finally broke his streak” and had hooked up with a girl. Lindsay would be thrilled. 

They were all playing around, and Ciara leaned on Jesse. Suddenly, Jesse snapped, “Ciara, enough with the touching!” She said, “Wait, really?” Jesse said he had gotten into trouble. But Ciara was in shock at his response.

Later on, Ciara met up with Paige and Amanda at a rooftop restaurant. Paige dished that Craig had come to visit, but they just rehashed their same conversation. So, she decided to deal with her “emotional problems” after the tour. 

Ciara then filled them in on what Jesse said to her. In her confessional, she said, “This motherf*cker has some nerve to tell me not to touch him … You’ve been all up in my sh*t all summer. But ok, I see you.” 

She told the girls she didn’t even want Jesse in her room. Ciara said, “Don’t even come around … You know how I am. If you really want to play that game, your feelings will be hurt at the end of the day. Like, I won’t even look at you.”

Welcome to the recap for Summer House Season 9, Episode 9. Last week, Lexi went toe-to-toe with Jesse about what was considered acceptable behavior in a relationship. Shockingly, she didn’t approve of Jesse getting his toe sucked during a foursome or flirting with Ciara. Lindsay also got heated when she found out that Carl had allegedly been DMing Lil before he called off their engagement. Would Lindsay confront Carl this week? Here’s exactly what went down in Summer House Season 9, Episode 9: “Breaking Bread.”

What happened in Summer House Season 9, Episode 9?

The tension between Lexi and Jesse was short-lived. All it took was some dinner and flowers to forgive him for #toegate. However, she did not forget. Meanwhile, Lindsay and Carl performed a show during Shabbat when she confronted him about seeing Lil while they were still together. But Carl had the receipts, proof, and timeline that Lindsay had false intel. And finally, the drama between Paige and Craig continued when Paige admitted to Ciara she wasn’t sure if Craig was her person. But deep down, Paige already knew the answer.

West was not a fan of Jesse and Lexi 

Lindsay and Paige finally had their Step Brothers “Did we just become best friends?”moment during their ride up to the Hamptons. Paige said, “Now that I’m getting deeper into my 30s, I’m like, I don’t owe you sh*t … And I got that from Lindsay.” While Lindsay joked, “It’s been a long time coming, but she couldn’t deny me for that much longer. It’s only a matter of time before we’re best friends, okay?” 

Meanwhile, it was a totally different car ride for West, Lexi, and Jesse. Lexi had folded like a deck of cards and forgave Jesse for toegate. She shared, “You get two chances with me, and if he messes up again, then I probably won’t be as forgiving.” Sure, Jan. Jesse dished that he introduced Lexi to his parents to make up for what had happened. West was horrified. 

At the house, Jesse surprised the group that they would be having Shabbat. And he had all the goodies, like brisket and matzo ball soup. He then shared the news with the guys that he was exclusive with Lexi. West piped in, “They met both sides of the family. He got bullied into doing it.” Clearly, West was not a fan. Carl then announced Lil was a lemon after she gave him one on a date. The two were dunzo.

Lexi filled in the girls Jesse was forgiven after he took her out to dinner and gave her flowers. Make him work for it, girl! She brought up the flirting, and Ciara noted, “Jesse was definitely times ten, and it probably was because you weren’t here.” But no one brought up the fact that the group was shipping them or that Ciara played along.

Shabbat and a show

Paige was feeling the stress from her upcoming Giggly Squad tour. And it was mostly from worrying Craig was a secret hater. She said, “I truly expected my boyfriend to say, ‘This is so exciting, and you should feel so proud’… But that is not the reaction I’m getting.”

Jesse pulled the dad card and made the group put their phones away for Shabbat. A show was about to go down between Lindsay and Carl, and everyone needed to be present.  

The crew then went around the table to talk about their week. Kyle mentioned Amanda gave him a handy on the plane. Lovely. Carl unknowingly opened a can of worms when he announced he was done dating Lil and wanted to see other people. Cue Lindsay! She asked Carl if that was his first date with her, and he said yes. But she wasn’t buying it.

Lindsay said, “It’s come to my attention that you’ve been talking to her since last summer.” Carl admitted he met her parents in the summer but didn’t talk to Lil until the fall. After further grilling, he said he wasn’t messaging her when they were together. However, both Lindsay and Kyle wanted the receipts. Carl said his phone was upstairs. Lindsay snarked, “How convenient.” The rest of the table was loving this exchange. 

She kept it going and said Carl was playing a victim when he told the group he hadn’t been going on dates. Carl denied it and said he could come at her with a list of things she was lying about but didn’t. Oop. A frustrated Kyle urged him again to get his phone. The receipts were now in flight!

Carl’s name was cleared

Carl ran down the stairs with his phone. He said, “There’s the receipts. So, am I a liar or not?” The group was on edge. After a pause, Lindsay confirmed Carl was telling the truth. The DM was in the fall. But what about the parents? Carl guffawed, “Lindsay, I don’t go to soccer games and say, ‘Hey, I met the coolest parents today!’” Everyone burst out laughing. 

Lindsay thanked him for giving her the receipts. And with that, they both got a huge round of applause. Still, there was more drama to be had. 

Lexi shared that if a guy gave her the “immediate ick,” it was over. But she was happy to give Jesse another chance. Kyle wondered if the ick meant toegate. Jesse clarified it was only his “pinky toe.” Because having it be the smallest toe makes it all better.

After dinner, Carl shared he needed to go on more dates to get his groove back, and Imrul agreed. Suddenly, Lexi brought more heat onto Imrul than she ever did to Jesse. She said, “This f*cking guy. Honestly, you’re low-key on my sh*t list.”

Lexi said she was mad that Imrul instigated the toe-sucking. Jesse stood by silently when he was the real culprit for letting it happen in the first place. Paige concluded, “Lexi and Jesse are weird as f*ck.”

Kyle then touched base with Carl about Lindsay. Carl brought up that Lindsay lied about his mom to the media when she said she never reached out to her. Carl claimed, “She’s obsessed with me. Clearly.” And clearly, their feud was not going to be over anytime soon.

Paige debated going to splitsville with Craig

The next morning, Imrul told Jesse his night went pretty chill, and Jesse turned all Judgy McJudgerson. He said, “Glad you have the chilling vibe as well. And not just banging chicks; that’s gross, brother.” Pot meet kettle, anyone?

Carl was having a tough time as it was the anniversary of his brother’s passing. He shared, “Every August will always bring back a lot of emotions … I’m trying my best here to keep it together, but it’s hard.”

Then it was time for Diplo, er, Kyle’s DJ debut in the Hamptons. Kyle was worried it would be low energy because it was a backyard party setting, and he was right. The vibe was more ladies who lunch than day club. But the crew was there to support him.

Ciara had a good heart-to-heart with Carl, and Paige and Amanda shipped them as a couple. Here we go again! Meanwhile, West was happy to get some alone time with Jesse. Jesse told him, “I’m trying to get through today incident-free.” Just keep your shoes on.

Jesse then brought up his concern about Lexi stalking his Insta. She knew who he followed and when. He told Paige, “I really feel like I’m being watched.” Paige sighed. That’s “26 energy” for you. But she had her own problems to worry about.

Paige told Ciara she was anxious because Craig wasn’t supporting her. Ciara noted Paige should think about what she wants instead of what Craig wants. Paige admitted she didn’t want to break up. Still, Ciara wondered if Craig was her person. Paige stated, “I don’t know.”

However, Lexi claims that Jesse was matching her energy. “He told me as soon as we met that we’re exclusive. He like wanted me to go to his family reunion with him the week that we met. Like, it was a whole thing,” she said. What would Jesse Solomon do? Ask to be exclusive and then get his toe sucked by someone other than you.

Jesse admitted during his portion of the After Show that he was going full speed ahead with Lexi. “I don’t like girls often, but when I do … ” he said. Summer House’s Kyle Cooke thinks Jesse Solomon and Ciara Miller could work together

“Once you film with someone, I feel like that might complicate a relationship. It’s just a very unique environment. but I’d ship it,” Kyle told Us Weekly. “I think a lot of people would ship Jesse and Ciara. I’d probably ship Jesse and Ciara more than Jesse and Paige.”

He continued, “Watching it back, I was with the rest of the audience. I was like, ‘Oh d*mn.’ I was in my own little world at that party, DJing and running around in a shark costume. So I didn’t really pick up on the sexual tension, but I was like, ‘OK!’ I think Paige pretty much summed it up.'”

On the recent episode of Summer House, Jesse’s antics while Lexi was at her grandmother’s bedside in Canada come to light. That includes the heavy flirtation with Ciara that was so palpable, that Paige said you could “cut the sexual tension.” But also having one participant of Imrul Hassan’s threesome suck on his toes.

“We called it ToeGate last summer,” Kyle joked. “It’s one of those things where we were just like, ‘Can we just please move on from ToeGate?’ So yes, there’s gonna be plenty of ToeGate coming up.”

Welcome to the recap for Summer House Season 9, Episode 8. Last week, Jesse got messy with Lexi gone for the weekend. He asked Ciara what might have been if he had shown up on time instead of West. Then there was the little matter of him getting his toe sucked during a possible foursome with Imrul. Also, Kyle finally came to a resolution with Craig over the spritzer debacle. Paige was forced to question if she was dating a “secret hater.” The drama was just heating up! Here’s exactly what went down in Summer House Season 9, Episode 8: “Kicking and Screaming.”

What happened in Summer House Season 9, Episode 8?

It was anything but sunny skies for Jesse and Lexi’s relationship. The two became exclusive, but Jesse’s flirting with Ciara and toe-sucking escapade during Imrul’s threesome threatened to break them up before they even got started. Peaceful and serene Lindsay was no more when she found out that Carl had been talking to Lil right before they broke up. She decided not to confront him at the kickball game but would wait until the timing was right. And Carl had no idea what was coming.

Jesse and Lexi were officially exclusive … for now

It looked like Jesse’s heart skipped a beat when Imrul wandered out to the pool. But Imrul stayed mum on the foursome topic. In his confessional, Imrul said, “Dude, you were in the room. Act like you were in the room. It seems like to him nothing happened … we all know someone’s toe went in someone’s mouth.” When would he spill the tea?

Carl then invited the group to his soft bar event. Lil would be there, and Lindsay was also invited. That wouldn’t be awkward at all. And things were also still awkward between Paige and Craig. She said, “Recently, I feel like Craig is attacking me in a really Southern way. Like, he’s saying nice words, but I feel icky about myself inside.” Bless her heart! 

Back in the city, Lexi was waiting for Jesse to arrive for their date. She shared she trusted him the most, which was why he was the only one who knew her grandma had surgery. Unfortunately for Lexi, she picked the wrong horse to bet on.

Thunder clapped in the sky as Jesse sat down with her. If that wasn’t a warning, then I don’t know what is. Lexi asked how the weekend went, and suddenly Jesse’s mind drew a blank. The only highlight he mustered was Craig’s visit. Jesse pondered, “I’m trying to remember what else happened.” Then the rain came. 

Jesse shared he didn’t want to fill Lexi in on the toe debacle because of her jealousy issues, and he didn’t want it “to be a thing.” So he distracted her by asking her to be exclusive instead. A giddy Lexi said, “I do,” but soon she’d be wishing she had said, “I don’t.”

Carl took the high road

Carl celebrated his soft bar event by drinking a mocktail called “The High Road.” And hopefully, he had those in plentiful supply for when he was going to be around Lindsay. But his focus now was the bar. He shared, “It connects on a deeper level, more than just serving nonalcoholic drinks. This matters. I want to change not only my family’s cycle, the addiction, the illness. But I want to break the cycle for other people.” 

Most of the crew made it out, even though the event was in New Jersey. However, they were all very supportive even if they didn’t understand the concept. West said, “I don’t fully grasp what the long-term plan is.” Paige joked, “If we can support Kyle being a DJ, then we can support Carl’s bar with no alcohol.” 

Lindsay was not there as she was too busy watching paint dry. Which was probably for the best, as Carl’s mom, Sharon, was still salty about her. She told West and Jesse, “It was such a crap year since the breakup and all that. And she was mean to me too.” Grabs popcorn. Sharon added that Carl, “took the high road.”

Jesse then sat down with Paige and Gabby and dished he was exclusive with Lexi. A shocked Gabby asked, “But do you want that?” Jesse gave a pause and squeaked, “Yeah.” Jesse also admitted they hooked up, and Paige wondered if he told Ciara. At the same time, Imrul spilled the tea to Bailee that Jesse got his toe sucked. What would Jesse Solomon do?

Jesse went into damage control mode

Jesse was put in the hot seat again right after Carl’s speech about the bar. He went to chat with Bailee and Ciara, and Bailee quipped, “I heard about your toe sucking.” Jesse tried to explain it was a “casual toe suck,” but got eye rolls in response. Ciara noted he wouldn’t like it if Lexi had done this to him. She said, “So, you already done f*cked up, my guy.”

In his confessional, Jesse was not happy about Imrul sharing what went down. He said, “Are you kidding me? This was supposed to be our thing!” Jesse then continued to dig the hole deeper when he mentioned everyone was talking about him flirting with Ciara. He then immediately went to text Lexi the news with his spin on it before her good buddy Bailee could tell her.

Meanwhile, Lexi was busy at a photo shoot prancing around in Jesse’s “lucky underwear.” Ew. And that’s when Jesse’s text came in. She was shocked to hear about the flirting, as she thought Jesse and Ciara had a sister-brother relationship. Lexi said, “I’ve never seen them flirt … It’s not something that was even in my head.” Lexi was in a love triangle and didn’t even know it. 

Gabby did the lord’s work for Lindsay when she gathered intel from Lil on when she started talking with Carl. It turns out she slid into his DMs last summer. Gabby said, “Last summer. When Lindsay and Carl were still very much engaged. He met your parents, and then you slid into his DMs. That’s suspicious.” 

Activated Lindsay was back in action

West wanted to rebuild his friendship with Ciara by hosting a kickball game, but there was just one problem. Ciara was a no-show. However, the rest of the crew was there, albeit begrudgingly. Gabby said, “I don’t know who in the universe I pissed off to warrant going to New Jersey and then spending an afternoon playing kickball in the same week.” 

Gabby told Lindsay about Lil sliding into Carl’s DMs. Lindsay turned into the math lady GIF and then pieced together that Lil had DM’d Carl before he broke up with her, and Carl tried to hide it. She stated, “You’re a f*cking fraud, you’re a phony and liar, and now I’m adding cheater to your f*cking resume.” Activated Lindsay was finally back!

Before the game kicked off, everyone broke into separate groups to dish out all the drama. Lindsay told the girls about Carl, and Bailee crushed any hope Lexi had left when she said Jesse got his toe sucked. Lexi was shook. She said, “I felt really like safe with him. And so now knowing that he had this information and lied to me makes me feel really icky.” 

Everyone was able to pull it together and somehow crushed the kickball match. Afterward, Jesse explained to Lexi that flirting with Ciara was just a joke. But Lexi wasn’t laughing. She said she would have never done these things to him because she respected him. Jesse apologized, but the trust was broken. Would Lexi be able to forgive him?

All bets are off when it comes to the Summer House cast during Season 9. Jesse Solomon goes from backing up his boy West Wilson one minute to flirting with his ex Ciara Miller the next. Meanwhile, we all have no idea what Lexi Wood thinks about all of this. It’s quite the pickle.

The Summer House midseason trailer teased even more messy drama to come throughout the rest of the season. One surprising moment was when Carl Radke admitted to having a crush on Ciara. Ciara has always been a hot commodity, but something is in the Hampton Water this season. Now, West and Jesse are reacting to the latest turn of events.

Jesse Solomon and West Wilson think Carl Radke’s crush on Ciara Miller is “cute”

During an interview with Decider, West and Jesse both admitted that Carl’s crush was “shocking.” “I didn’t even know. No one told me that that happened in the house,” West explained. “Carl, I think it’s more just, like, kind of cute. Like, that’s cute of him.”

Later in the chat, West admitted that he gave Jesse the “thumbs up” to pursue Ciara if he wanted to date her. “Ciara and I, at this point, have not been together for a while. And we’re all grown-ups. I think it’d be fine,” West said. Jesse added that he’d get West’s blessing if anything serious happened to keep within the “bro-code.”

So who knows if Carl’s crush on Ciara was just a summer fling or a tease for something more? And whether or not Jesse will ever actually shoot his shot with Ciara. It looks like all of us, including West and Jesse, will have to stay tuned.

Summer House fans are shipping Jesse Solomon and Ciara Miller after witnessing a series of flirty exchanges on Season 9. In Episode 7, Jesse fawned over his co-star, saying she is “drop-dead gorgeous” and “has a heart of gold.” Jesse’s comments paired with the two’s undeniable chemistry have fans wondering if something romantic could develop. The two get along great and have expressed mutual attraction. However, there are a few reasons why it may not be a great idea. For one, Ciara has been burned by Bravo men in the past and may not want to complicate her friendship with Jesse. After all, there are already so many exes living together in the Hamptons house.

Let’s explore the budding romance together and decide whether or not it’s a good idea for them to give dating a shot.

Are Jesse Solomon and Ciara Miller open to dating?

During an episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen asked fans if Jesse and Ciara should give in to their chemistry. The majority of fans answered “Yes” but Ciara, who was a guest on the episode, wasn’t so sure. She told Andy she was done dating Bravo stars, calling it “too much.”

However, Jesse expressed interest in Ciara on a Season 9 episode of Summer House, telling Amanda Batula he would date the model if given the opportunity. It appears Jesse’s feelings have not changed since the summer. During an appearance on WWHL, he told Andy Cohen there is a 99 percent chance he would’ve pursued Ciara last summer if his buddy West Wilson didn’t already call dibs. Jesse is in a bit of an awkward position, considering Ciara used to date his close friend. On WWHL, he told Andy we would need West’s approval to pursue Ciara.

Do Ciara Miller and Jesse Solomon’s housemates want them to date?

Ciara and Jesse may be on the fence but they have Amanda’s full support. She played matchmaker in Episode 7, asking Jesse if he was interested in Ciara. During a March 19 appearance on WWHL, she said she was in full support of a Jesse and Ciara romance. Paige DeSorbo appeared to be on the same page as Amanda in Episode 7.

The biggest obstacle to Ciara and Jesse’s romance is their connections to other cast members. Ciara dated West last summer and things didn’t end so well. The two are still at odds, putting Jesse in an awkward position. In addition to the West and Ciara drama, there is Jesse’s relationship with Lexi Wood. Jesse and the newcomer had a fling in Season 9 of Summer House. And while it appears the two are no longer involved, there may be some lingering tension. If the split was not amicable, it may be difficult for Jesse to explore other connections in the house, especially if Lexi returns next summer.

Is it a good idea for Ciara Miller and Jesse Solomon to date?

I want to root for Ciara and Jesse but I have some concerns. My main concern is that Jesse, like West, has trouble committing to a relationship. He’s obsessed with Lexi when she’s in front of him but gets easily distracted when she’s gone. She went away for one weekend and he’s already losing the plot. He openly admitted to having second thoughts about committing to her after seeing other hot girls at the Pirate Party. Dude, come on. Ciara has dealt with her fair share of commitment-phobes and I don’t want to see her go through that again. She deserves a guy that is willing to commit and I’m unsure if Jesse is that man. He seems a little freaked out by commitment and Ciara made it clear she’s an “intentional dater.”

If they date and it doesn’t work out, Ciara will have to deal with having two exes in the Hamptons house. There is so much at stake given their living situation and the risk may not be worth the reward.
