When it comes to The Valley and its romances, these married couples have not been sticking together, to say the least. From Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor announcing their separation right before the premiere season, to Jesse Lally and Michelle Lally deciding to call it quits months later, this track record isn’t looking good. And now, there’s another couple among the cast who may be headed for trouble.
During the explosive Season 2 trailer, star Kristen Doute accused Jason Caperna of cheating on his wife Janet Capena. Her basis for this accusation was him supposedly not wearing his wedding ring in public. Does her claim have legs? Jason just addressed it.

Jason recently weighed in on the accusation and defended the fact that not wearing a ring leads people to think the absolute worst.
“It’s tough because it’s not just a ring off. There’s definitely an implication there. When somebody says you take your ring off, it’s not like, ‘Oh, I forgot it’. It’s like I’m doing it to try to get girls or something as if I take it off and they just flock to me,’” he told US Weekly.
Nevertheless, Jason made it clear there was no basis to the theory, and their relationship is rock solid.
“People can be shady, but I am not one of those people. I would never do anything ever to jeopardize this lady right here is my wife and our son and the family we have.”
Viewers will soon see how the allegation unfolds as the season progresses.
