When it comes to The Valley, there’s enough drama to go around. And in regards to estranged married couple Michelle Lally and Jesse Lally, they have plenty. In the Season 2 trailer, it teased quite the blowup between the two.
In a tense argument, Michelle referred to her ex as a “drunk”, and in turn, he called her a “hooker”. It’s been months since this jaw-dropping altercation was filmed, and Jesse just made it clear that after some reflection he has changed both emotionally and physically.
Jesse Lally felt “triggered” during The Valley Season 2
Jesse recently admitted that he was wrong in his comment against Michelle in their upcoming on-screen fight. Not only that, but he’s committed to changing his behavior, and he has sealed this promise with ink.
“My biggest problem — and I got it tattooed on my arm — is that emotion clouds reason. The strongest person — regardless of the work they’re doing — in a moment of weakness can be triggered,” he told US Weekly.
Jesse said the turning point in handling his emotions better is Isabella Bunny Lally, the five-year-old daughter he shares with Michelle.
“I had to realize that I also have a daughter. I’m learning how to talk to and treat women differently, and it was just a weak moment for me.”
However, even though Jesse claimed to have apologized to Michelle for his name-calling, the outlet reported that the two had round two of their verbal feud at the Season 2 premiere party. Michelle allegedly screamed the words “’I’ll never forgive you for calling me a hooker” to Jesse during the event. Maybe this drama between these exes is far from over.
The Valley is available to stream on Peacock.
